This is the office of Dr. Toral Patel, a board-certified dermatologist in Chicago, and a clinical instructor of Dermatology at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Our office is located near Millenium Park, in the beautiful Lakeshore East neighborhood. We offer a full spectrum of medical and surgical dermatology services, including the treatment of acne, moles, psoriasis, eczema and many other skin disorders; phototherapy and laser treatments are also available for the treatment of many of these disorders. We also offer a wide variety of cosmetic products and procedures such as Botox®, injectable fillers, laser hair removal, photofacials, laser skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. All treatments are performed by Dr. Patel herself.

The planning of this adult and pediatric dermatology practice centered around one question, from beginning to end:  "If I was a patient visiting this office, what kind of experience would I want to have?" Our goal is to deliver uncompromising excellent health care, and to make the patient visit a pleasant one from start to finish. We aim to develop a relationship with every patient that is built on mutual respect and trust. Physicians and their patients are partners in healthcare; this is the driving belief behind D&A Dermatology.
